Even though the store itself is reminiscent of bygone eras, the service is absolutely outstanding, and the customer truly is king there. It really makes you realize what the internet and its retailers simply can't offer. We've been customers there for a long time and will continue to be loyal customers in the future.

A very good jewelry store where you receive dedicated advice, even if it takes longer and other customers are already in the store. They take their time with the customer, like when buying a watch. I still wear the watch today and would never exchange it for another. They are also happy to accommodate alterations. You can even leave something aside. A very friendly, polite, and competent team. Everything was great. I've brought my gold chains in for repair countless times. They were repaired immediately this morning, free of charge. The last time I was there, they repaired the chain right away too. Both times I was able to take it with me immediately. Fantastic shop. I highly recommend them. The staff are lovely and very friendly. Top-notch!
